conflict, stress and anger when working with
clients. It will equip them with a basic knowledge
of the various techniques to help participants
deal with difficult situations, so that they can
manage problems with confidence.

the end of the course participants will be able

potential 'hot' situations and assess risks
realistically.

the various stages of conflict and prevent
them from escalating.
